仙人掌有優良保水適應力，多數生長於沙漠及半沙漠乾燥少雨環境，美洲沙漠可以發現。
仙人掌多肉植物一類，目前仙人掌科植物有174屬，多於2000種物種。
仙人掌莖液可作飲料，莖和可食，火龍果一種仙人掌。
仙人掌汁液為食胭脂蟲運用於生產胭脂紅染料。
絕大多數仙人掌葉子退化為短短的刺，既能減少水份流失，能防禦動物吞食，而光合作用特化肉質莖進行。
其莖含水、表面有蠟質，多球狀，表面積內儲存水分，減少蒸發。
仙人掌通過景天酸代謝途徑進行光合作用，這有助於適應乾燥環境。
多數仙人掌科植物，但有例外，如巴西熱帶雨林中蟹爪蘭需要廕庇、環境才能生長。
仙人掌繁殖方法有三種，種子、子球、扦插：

Audience spend 22% more time on streaming platform than linear TV, according to MiQ ATV report. 75% of respondents said they watch streaming video once they switch on TV.
In India, 82% of the respondents said they have engaged with advertising. Among 18-44 age group, 57% of respondents said they use a second-screen while watching TV. 87% of advertisers express the willingness to increase marketing spending, and 51% advertisers intend to allocate more budget in CTV in 2024 compared to 2023.
Regarding advertising performance, 74% of Indian advertisers consider “target audience reaching/frequency” as the primary measurement. Additionally, 53% Indian advertisers believe that TV views are the most influential factor for advertising performance.

Of the 5 sites, only Shopee and Blibli achieved traffic growth over the past year, while the other tended to weaken.
